up to solid 225 single

Bent Over rows

Standing Abs
strong band x a bunch

It was a 225 day, with various levels of added resistance.  Haven’t done overhead press in probably close to a year, 225 felt real good.  Considering the band resisted bench, camber bar and overhead press, sounds like a recipe for a shoulder tweak, but i came out alright.
