Malcom said my triple good morning @ 315 was “mediocre depth”, so rather then do an even more mediocre 365, i got a “decent” single. Prowler kicked my and Andres ass, although I think i coulda done 1 more(2 trips).
Yard work tomorrow and ME Bench on wednesday.

What weight are the green and yellows?

Yellows are 35lbs
Greens are 53lbs
On the swing and press i’ve got one in each hand.

Prowler looks awesome, I bet you get a real workout from that beast of thing. Also looks a bit expensive.
