Got out of work late and wasn’t feeling like hauling ass to duluth, so lifted @ golds. First day back in about 10 days, man it sucked. After my second set of “ass to the grass” squats, i was winded and my lungs hurt. Was dizzy after every set. Fuck.
As far as leg days go, its sucked, but oh well. The ab work actually burned like a bitch, felt good. Not my best day, but i’m just glad i got my ass in there tonight.
