wisdom teeth removal surgery

This morning I had my four wisdom teeth removed.  Went as well as could be expected, they sat me in a chair, strapped on some ‘laughing gas’ and put an IV into my arm.  Went to sleep and woke up w/ gauze in my mouth and a slight light-headedness.  My GF took the day off of work to take care of me, which is great.

I’m enjoying “Carnation Instant Breakfast” shakes, pudding, bloody gauze and ice wrapped around my chin.

Oh and Percocet every 4 hours.  It doesn’t make me feel messed up, just makes me in a permanent good mood.  Pretty cool.  I’ve gotta keep out of the gym for an entire week so i don’t bust any of the blood clots and cause a ‘dry socket’.

I’ve got a few books, some dvds and my xbox to keep me busy.  Should be nice, i can finally catch up on some well needed sleep.
